What does work in the company actually look like?

A successful operationalization of the OKR method follows a specific process flow that includes various elements that are run through on a regular basis. This is also referred to as a framework or OKR cycle. The duration of a cycle is usually 3-4 months.

OKR Cycle (3-4 Months) The OKR cycle is a recurringprocess that lasts 3-4 months. Years The vision is elementary and guiding for everyone in the company.
